Since 2017, TECHNOPLAST has been the copyright holder of the DORNIT trademark. In November 2018, the Federal Road Agency ROSAVTODOR approved an organization standard for application at federal road construction sites for 3 years.

The main functions of DORNIT are: filtration, drainage, separation, protection, load distribution.

Areas of application of DORNIT geotextiles: road construction, industrial and civil construction, oil and gas sector, construction of hydraulic structures, construction of railways, construction of tunnels and bridges, construction of airports, agriculture, landscaping, arrangement of solid waste landfills.
