About the Company

The TECHNOPLAST company produces nonwoven needle-punched fabrics using a full-cycle technology: from the processing of raw materials into a finished product.

Secondary raw materials in the form of PET bottles on the flex line are processed and supplied to the polyester fiber line. The company produces up to 235 thousand square meters of geotextiles per day from PE fiber on 3 Italian needle-punched lines around the clock, which makes it possible to supply to the market up to 84 million square meters of geotextiles per year.

Since the start of production in 2008, 6 technological lines of Italian and Chinese production have been put into operation, a full-fledged production complex has been created.

Our products are nonwoven geotextile fabrics made of polyester fiber, known to consumers under the brands:

1. "DORNIT" - (STO 37483224-002-2017)
2. "DORNIT-ECO" - (TU 8397-002-37483884-2014)
3. "AVTEX" - (TU 8397-001-37483884-2014)

In November 2018, the Federal Road Agency ROSAVTODOR approved the organization standard (STO-37483884-002-2017) for the application of DORNIT geotextiles at federal road construction sites for 3 years.
